Course Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing the Low-Investment Startup Course by LIST, an initiative of GreenVayu Innovations Pvt Ltd. Our refund policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Eligibility for Refunds
Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of purchase and if less than 30% of the course content has been accessed.
Refunds are not available after 24 hours or if 30% or more of the course has been completed.

2. Course Cancellation by LIST by GreenVayu Innovations
If LIST by GreenVayu Innovations cancels the course for any reason, participants will receive a full refund, regardless of the 24-hour policy. Participants will be notified promptly of any cancellations.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email info@listartup.com within 24 hours of purchase with your full name, enrollment details, and reason for the request.
Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy
LIST by GreenVayu Innovations reserves the right to update the refund policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our official website and/or email.
